Candace L. Bean “Candy” is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Federal Retirement Consultant (FRC) with more than 25 years of experience in the insurance, business, and financial services industries. As an independent consultant, she specializes in financial and retirement planning for small and mid-sized businesses, helping business owners evaluate their goals, understand their options, and make informed decisions.
Candy believes that every well-operated business benefits from strong systems, clear processes, and thoughtful planning. Her work focuses on helping clients identify their needs, establish practical strategies, and build a foundation for long-term financial confidence.
Prior to her consulting work, Candy spent more than 25 years with Allstate Insurance, where she held a range of leadership and client-focused roles. Her career included experience as an agent, sales manager, project manager, financial services professional, and sales training manager, as well as assignments with Allstate’s Home Office in Northbrook, Illinois, and sales management responsibilities for Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Candy earned her Chartered Financial Consultant designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, in 2001 and her Federal Retirement Consultant designation in 2020. She is licensed as a Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent and Life/Health Agent in California and multiple other states. She also holds credentials as a Certified Financial and Estate Planning Trainer and maintains AHIP Medicare Certification.
